About TVP Rentals — The Villages Rental Marketplace
Vacation rentals, long-term homes, and golf cart rentals in The Villages, Florida
TVP Rentals is the online home of The Village People Property Management, LLC, a locally owned property management and rental company based in The Villages, Florida. The site is a searchable marketplace of homes in and around The Villages: furnished short-term vacation rentals for a week or a month, plus unfurnished long-term homes for seasonal residents and full-time neighbors. Every listing shows real details — bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, neighborhood, nearest town square, and amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fenced yard, or included golf cart — so renters can compare homes honestly before they call.
The app is built for two audiences. Renters use it to browse by town square, search by price and home type, view properties on a map, and send an inquiry or book a stay. Property owners use it to list and manage their homes, track which listings are active or featured, and keep photos and details current. We also rent Yamaha golf carts by the week or the month, because a cart is how you actually get around The Villages — and delivery and pickup to your rental home is included at no charge.
The company is owned and operated by Bob Garite, a licensed Florida real estate broker who has spent most of his career in technology and customer service and now applies both to property management in The Villages, Sumter County, and the surrounding communities. We live here, we work here, and we answer the phone.
